To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今次去咗呢一間如心酒店嘅中菜廳食飯,之前試過佢哋嘅自助餐,今次就試下佢哋嘅中菜,見到環境都唔錯,十分寧靜,少卻咗平時酒樓嘅喧鬧,咁就可以好好咁享受晚餐。見到佢哋嘅枱都比較遠,所以大家都有各自嘅空間,餐廳都有房,所以如果多人嘅話就可以入房坐。今次因為多人所以就嗌咗好多嘢食,例如花旗參椰皇燉雞,紅燒生翅,油泡斑球,蒜香骨,竹笙木瓜煮南澳帶子,脆皮炸子雞,魚肚絲浸菜心,彩蛋芙容煎米粉,肉絲煎米粉。炸子雞 十分之脆口,而且肉質十分之嫩,食物樣樣分量都好足,而且因為今次人數比較多,所以佢哋都好樂意幫我哋分開一份一份,咁就可以免卻衛生同埋分菜嘅煩惱。而甜品方面亦都可以各自選擇,我地叫咗杏汁蛋白露,紅豆沙湯圓,桂花糕,食完之後就飽飽返屋企啦。 服務方便,服務員都十分專業,而且收碟同換碟速度好快,特別要多謝餐廳嘅一位姜經理,事緣同家人食飯嘅時候,依位經理認得出屋企人係以前佢20年前曾經工作過一間酒樓嘅客人,不得不讚嘆佢嘅記憶力,隔咗咁多年都認得屋企人,真係覺得好感動同窩心,而且十分之殷勤,實在值得下次再嚟。
