中秋節嘅team lunch, 宜家先有時間寫。今日老闆請食飯,當然揾間有返咁上下。依間米芝連上海菜館已經想試好耐。整體好好味,只係個煱貼皮太冧。蘿蔔絲酥: 我都係第1次食到面頭加咗芝麻,蘿蔔絲切得比其他鋪粗,食落更啖到蘿蔔嘅甜味。鱔糊: 份量好多,依碟係食咗1/3先記得影相。d 鱔好肥,新鮮,好彈牙,依款必食。脆鱔: 炸好香口,好脆,個汁好惹味,有水準。蜜餞: 食嘅時候用割飽夾住金華火腿,蜜餞同脆腐竹一齊食。我覺得火腿唔夠香,依款係中環嘅蘇浙同香會好食d。子母雞: 個燻蛋好香煙燻味,蛋黃半熟,超好食。燻魚: 肉質彈牙,有魚味,但係其他菜太出色,依款變成一般。小籠包: 皮簿,多汁, 肉餡新鮮,肉亦無好似出邊咁攪到超幼碎,食到肉嘅質地,好好味。雪菜肉絲炒年榚:估唔到依款都有驚喜,年榚好滑而且彈牙,我超飽都食咗一碗。反而下面嘅上海麵就一般,如果唔多人食,建議叫年榚。
