To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天經過添好運深水埗店,看見門外不太多人,二人座不用等位,便決定入去吃午餐。煎蛋牛肉飯($22)👍👍👍👍賣相不大吸引,但份量相當大,白飯軟硬適中,牛肉入口軟滑,加上一隻流心太陽蛋,令牛肉飯更有層次,最重要是飯夠熱。韮王雞絲春卷($18)👍👍👍👍脆卜卜的春卷皮包着多汁的韮王雞絲,熱辣辣,$18可以吃到三條,真心很扺!黃沙豬潤腸($21)👍👍👍👍腸粉幼滑,豬潤加上少許薑絲,味道很夾,豬潤亦不太靱。酥皮焗叉燒包($20)👍👍👍👍👍每枱都必吃,新鮮出爐的酥皮包外脆內軟,加上調味恰到好處的叉燒,可以吃完一個接一個,但一定要襯熱吃!
