日式鐵板燒給人的印象是貴夾唔飽,每次吃都不敢盡興,或不好意思盡興。🤪來這裡不同,不但能盡興,而且真材實料,性價比超高。👍我們選了大蝦鐵板燒餐,單看餐單就好開心,期待大快朵頤。😋店員奉上熱茶,清一清味蕾以迎接美食。🤗首先來的是紅綠色沙律,番茄🍅和生菜,淋上香醋,開胃醒神。跟著兩大塊煎銀雪魚🐠送到,鮮香皮脆,肉質嫩滑。資深廚師都知道,食物要從淡的開始吃,這樣才能品嘗到食物的真髓,所以第一道菜是吃魚🐠。第二道菜是蒜片牛柳🐮,牛柳是牛肉最嫩滑的部位,煎香的牛柳粒拌上蒜片,添鮮減膩,延伸牛柳極鮮味道。😘第三道是香煎大海蝦,大蝦去殼煎熟,稍加調味上桌,保留了海水原始的鮮味,加上蝦頭滿滿的油膏,真是滋味無窮。😋😋吃完主菜,還有炒野菜,麵豉湯和櫻花蝦炒蛋飯,這一餐平均只花三百多,非常滿足。👍
