To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣開始轉冷,除了食麻辣雞煲或火鍋之外,友人突然建議去大坑「肉骨皇」飲碗肉骨茶暖下身,「肉骨皇」我都是第一次來,不過我想起可以食星馬菜都已經好開心了!友人點了一杯凍的薏米水而我選擇了紅豆冰($38),此店的紅豆冰是加入了椰漿,紅豆都夠腍身,飲下椰味濃郁,甜度剛好,真是不錯。 先點一煲檳城香濃肉骨茶(1至2人份量$82),濃郁檳城肉骨茶色澤都是深色,有十二種指定藥材之外,加入了不少的肉骨,令湯水充滿了大量骨膠原,也有豆卜、枝竹、杞子、金菇等.....材料相當豐富,用了火爐把肉骨茶保溫,來一碗的熱辣辣的肉骨茶正好暖下身,藥味適中得宜,飲下又感到生津滋潤,再夾件油炸鬼食,更是倍添滋味,在寒冬中飲完碗肉骨茶,全身已經感到暖笠笠。  涼拌海蔘黑木耳($90)內有不少海蔘絲,加上不少的黑木耳,混入了有少少花生粒,黑木耳營養豐富,防止高血壓、動脈硬化等功效,真是非常有益。口感又爽口,整體沙律帶醋汁調味的微酸,食落清新又醒胃。海南雞飯($80)飯堆成了一個金字塔,真是好有趣,經店員查詢先知道原來這個不是我們平時食的雞油飯,只是混入了薑、香茅去煮,色澤呈黃色,所以飯身比我們平時食的油飯較乾身,薑及

海南雞飯($80)飯堆成了一個金字塔,真是好有趣,經店員查詢先知道原來這個不是我們平時食的雞油飯,只是混入了薑、香茅去煮,色澤呈黃色,所以飯身比我們平時食的油飯較乾身,薑及香茅的味道都好突出分明。雞肉份量真是好足,雞皮夠薄身,食落皮脆肉嫩,已經起骨切件上碟,把雞肉蘸上有酸味汁醬,酸香醒胃,另外也可以蘸上質地濃稠的黑豉油,有甜甜好似焦糖味般,真是好食到拍案讚好!

宜保咖啡骨($88)排骨中加入了濃縮咖啡粉、煉奶等調味,都煮到排骨肉腍離骨,外表也帶點脆皮,咬下肉質滲滿強烈濃郁咖啡的香味,吃起來有微微的咖啡苦味中又有煉奶的香甜,口感交錯複雜,真是好特別的一道菜式。

馬拉盞炒秋葵($65)除了有馬拉盞醬汁之外,還加入了辣椒炒成,上枱時已經熱辣辣真是夠晒有鑊氣,味道方面真的很香惹有辣味,辣就不算太辣,真不錯啦!!秋葵的質感吃起來又有滑潺潺又有黏黏的口感,都好清爽,吃了那麼多肉類正好來一道蔬菜幫助下消化,炒得非常好吃!

焗咖央吐司伴雪糕($55)大磚的方形吐司烤至金黃色澤,用餐刀一切已經感到好脆,切開後有澎湃流心的咖央醬流出,那一刻已經讓人非常震撼,再把香芋雪糕放上咖央多士上,一啖咬下外層酥脆的吐司,帶出鹹香的牛油味,隨後會發覺吐司的內層都好鬆軟,而且帶有濃稠咖央的香甜,同時又再夾雜香芋雪糕來食,奶香、有濃郁芋頭香。吐司與雪糕在舌上冰火交替而刺激下味蕾,真是好有驚喜的一個甜品,不過我建議下最好有3至4 人吃,因為份量好足而且我們最後都是吃不消。

整體食物方面水準真好,招牌肉骨茶都是我最愛,此店的肉骨茶的藥味得宜,真是令人再三回味,服務都不錯,當我們看餐牌時都給了我們不少建議,都好細心體貼服務。環境都讓人感覺好舒適, 又不會坐到好迫。
