賣相感覺奢華,除各類刺身,仲有點青瓜及甜蛋作伴菜,而每客海鮮丼都奉上味噌汁及漬物(蘿蔔、薑片、牛蒡)。就咁拎起嚟食都幾「拿搞」,所以,店員都會奉上小碟俾你擺起啲刺身再慢慢食。單睇外觀,啲刺身已感到有一定質素,而入口確喺啖啖鮮味,尤其啲赤身、大腩、蟹鉗及帆立貝,真喺鮮味盡出,要油潤有油潤,要爽口有爽口,正呀!

二段丼方面,其實都心郁郁想試試個松葉蟹二段丼,不過,好似主要得啲蟹,有又少少嫌麻煩,所以,最後都喺揀極上海鮮二段丼。一份所包括嘅海鮮食材有11款之多(三文魚、北寄貝、藍鰭吞拿大腩、三文魚籽、間八、帆立貝、蟹鉗、海膽、香蔥伴藍鰭、吞拿魚腩蓉、蟹膏),未食先興奮

賣相可以講得上絕對浮誇,哈哈,但卻又實在誘人。唔單止碗面堆滿海鮮,疊起兩層,仲「機關」重重。

第一層主要喺各款刺身,其實跟上面分享過嘅刺身丼大同異,所以,就唔花太多篇幅再講。但值得再講,樣樣刺身嘅質量都無話迤過就算,好似北寄貝,唔喺平價貨「擦紙膠」嘅貨色;蟹鉗去咗部份殼,食得方便。

下層嘅食法有啲唔同,揭開上層,你會見到中間有隻溫泉蛋,而「餸料」喺香蔥伴藍鰭吞拿魚腩蓉、蟹膏及三文魚籽拌玉子碎,可以撈勻嚟食,不過,個人覺得太雜,都喺先個別食材獨立嚟食,知吓個味道喺點,臨尾先至撈埋一齊試吓個效果,小弟都喺認為分開食好啲

店家有啲幾特色嘅飲品,貪得意又試一試,好似親友揀咗杯「蜜瓜泡沫」,依個系列仲有哈密瓜及士多啤梨味,不過,店員介紹話喺用上北海道夕張蜜瓜,喺咪咁堅呀?個造型幾得意,裡面仲插咗一條蜜瓜雪條,佢話個飲落似似哋打咗汽嘅蜜瓜汁,而個蜜瓜味又的確幾濃。

菠蘿乳酸梳打 $38

小弟就試咗杯乳酸梳打,5款味道中(巨峰、青蘋果、原味、菠蘿、夕張蜜瓜)揀心水嘅菠蘿味,基本上味道喺酸酸哋嘅有汽菠蘿汁,冰冰涼,幾清爽,不過,就算唔上話好特別。

食一趟極上海鮮二段丼真喺被人覺得好似幾富貴咁,所以,就即時諗起「富貴浮雲」個成語,或者第時一想起富貴嘅海鮮丼,就浮現出「弘」依間日本餐廳。老實講,小弟為生活仲有排捱,真喺未可以巴閉到視富貴如浮雲,視金錢如糞土,但總算生活有餘
