To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天是舊同事生日,約左她一齊去食晚餐慶祝,因她在柴灣附近工作,所以我們約好係柴灣在地鐵等,出左站行5-8分鐘就到,我們到左即刻有位,不用等位,座落就看餐牌都幾抵食,我們就叫左:頭抽走地雞配蒜蓉蟶子$138,頭抽豉油很入味,走地雞不是很大隻,皮很薄身,又不太肥,味道剛好不會太鹹,肉身嫩滑肥美,所以我們都無叫白飯,因蒜蓉蟶子無貨,所以改蒜蓉帶子,帶子很新鮮,上面鋪左一層粉絲和葱粒,粉絲吸左帶子鮮甜海鮮味,所以粉絲好好食。火腩大鱔煲$108,內有很多白鱔,白鱔很多件和很厚身,煎得很咁香好味,枝竹吸左煲內的醬汁,十分好味,可惜太少枝竹,而燒肉就太多,如果喜愛食燒肉這個菜就最適合。另收茶芥每位$10,酸菜$10,都好抵食!😋😋👍+++++++++++++++如果大家喜歡💕我寫既食評,麻煩比個❤️鼓勵一下我,我會寫更多更好既食評比大家!😊
