公司的同事是寧波人,自小吃慣濃油赤醬、厚湯濃汁的本幫菜,所以每次一提起吃滬菜,就會口若懸河,滔滔不絕地推介她的家鄉地道美食。說起上來,其實筆者亦已很久沒吃過上海菜,趁這天假期,就一於找間經濟抵食的上海菜館,吃頓午飯。記得以前住灣仔嘅時候,最常光顧的上海菜館就是《三六九》。最近從網評得知,天樂里開咗間《上海弄堂菜肉餛飩》,以上海家庭小菜為主打。翻查資料得悉,原來這已是餐廳嘅第四間分店,實力可見一斑。推門內進,地方雖然唔算好大,但勝在裝潢骨子企理,牆身掛著不少懷舊照,流露出點點舊上海風情。打開餐簿,散點的項目,選擇非常豐富,包括有阿娘餛飩、小食/點心類、阿啦菜(冷盤)、肉類/雞鴨、河鮮類、蔬菜/豆腐、湯羹、煨麵/湯麵、炒麵/拌麵、年糕類、飲料及甜品,茗茶方面就每位 $3。至於套餐,就分別有 1 人、2 人及 3-4 人各兩款可供選擇,而且定價亦算合理,可謂豐儉由人。由於只得兩口子,所以決定只點一個 1 人套餐 ($98) 再加幾款小食和點心。1 人套餐小食共有四款選擇,揀了菜肉餛飩。屈成元寶狀的餛飩,隻隻看起來都大小均等,而且蔬菜和豬肉的比例恰當,咬落既有鮮蔬的清甜,亦有肉碎的質感,配上簡

由於只得兩口子,所以決定只點一個 1 人套餐 ($98) 再加幾款小食和點心。1 人套餐小食共有四款選擇,揀了菜肉餛飩。屈成元寶狀的餛飩,隻隻看起來都大小均等,而且蔬菜和豬肉的比例恰當,咬落既有鮮蔬的清甜,亦有肉碎的質感,配上簡單的蔥花豉油湯底,更能發揮餛飩的真正鮮味!

主菜選了上海炒粗麵,其實平日比較少吃上海粗炒,因為怕太油膩,不過原來這裡的炒粗麵,做得都唔錯。麵條煮得剛好,面層均勻地掛著醬油,入口不太軟亦不太硬,麵質有嚼勁,再配上椰菜、白菜、肥瘦適中的肉片,鹹中有鮮蔬香,雖然簡簡單單,但已美味非常,很有家常菜的溫馨感覺。

接下來是輪到品嘗小食和點心,先上桌的上海春卷 ($25),賣相不俗,炸至色澤金黃,咬下非常香脆。細看材料,除了春卷皮便只有冬菇、大量黃芽白及少許肉絲,比起慣常吃到的港式炸春卷,餡料多數是豬肉、韭黃、冬菇和芽菜等,較為健康。

香煎鮮肉餃 ($35),餃子即叫即煎,端上桌時仍熱燙燙。挾起咬開,外皮雖然是略厚,但內藏的剁碎半肥瘦豬、洋蔥和薑米,調味適中,入口鮮香熱辣,而且細嘗下還有不少肉汁,加分!

壓軸的脆皮素鵝 ($58),非常大碟,素鵝以腐皮包著大量木耳絲、甘筍絲和菇絲等素材料,並用油炸香。一嘗,口感厚實,表皮充滿豆香,味道很不賴,唯一就是稍嫌有點油膩,否則食味更佳。下次路過的話,會再來試試其他菜式。
