去灣仔辦完事 ,四處看看找地方醫肚仔。經過這間餐廳,午餐價錢可接受,便入去了。我叫了午餐,選了上海雲吞麵。一碗有四隻雲吞,麵的份量也足夠的。先試一試這個湯頭。湯底係很清的一種,是我喜愛的。 不會鹹而夠味! 不喜歡那些混混濁濁,只有鹹味的湯。麵的質量不錯,再來嚐嚐主角雲吞。不得了!很驚喜! 能做到皮薄餡靚, 餡料嘅肉 夠新鮮,不會霉爛。餡料調味適中,吃下去感到清爽。餐飲選了酸梅湯。酸梅湯是自家製 沒有了哪種糖精嘅味道, 也是清清爽爽的。熱飲好像要加兩元。環境方面 ,餐枱放嘅位置都唔會逼嘅在 幾好坐。服務也不錯。 continue reading

做嘢做到唔知時間... 話咁快就到左下午茶時段😅😅😅去咗依間餐廳食嘢$43 埋單,都算幾經濟~餐廳環境都幾舒適,幾新淨👍🏼👍🏼都坐得幾舒服2:30左右嘅時間到,大把位,隨便坐~今次食咗黃金排骨菜飯,另外下午茶包一杯嘢飲嘅,要左熱豆漿熱飲要加一蚊,熱豆漿都一樣。排骨,即係豬扒啦我以為叫黃金排骨,係會有鹹蛋黃⋯原來只係普通炸豬扒😅😅都幾大塊,切開咗一條條,方便食用不過咬落就有少少韌至於菜飯,同一般菜飯一樣,冇咩特別飲埋杯豆漿,簡簡單單嘅late lunch,都唔錯 continue reading

今日人少少,突然好想飲酸辣湯,就去咗上海弄堂。裝修得都幾靚,座位唔密,算坐得舒服。同事叫咗蝦仁跑蛋,佢話個名好過引,所以叫😂😂。菜飯好靚,都算多菜,個炒蛋都有幾多蝦,唔錯。我叫咗酸辣餛飩。先講餛飩,餡料新鮮,肉菜比例均勻,皮就唔似自己整,應該係攞貨嘅。餛飩好食。再講酸辣湯,酸辣度適中,無話酸到搶喉,料都算正常。不過.....個湯太"傑",一點都唔似湯,比糊更傑,完全破壞咗成碗野,結果我飲淨一半,好失望😢希望只是一失水準,竹我會因為個餛飩再黎。期望下次會飲到正常嘅酸辣湯。 continue reading

香港嘅上海菜餐廳其實都唔算好多,而呢間咁啱又係銅鑼灣附近,所以行完街就過嚟試吓。味道同埋服務都幾好絕對對得住個價錢。擔擔麵小辣,個面底本身都幾多,可以兩個人share嚟食。湯底都幾濃郁,食到下面有好濃嘅花生碎同埋肉碎,而且面頭嘅紅油都唔算太多唔會太油膩。最好嘅位係因為啲面非常之吸汁,而店員會再比另一碗嘅汁依家落去所以唔會變咗麵糊。回鍋肉炒年糕,首先講吓個年糕都幾有咬口,而且份量都幾多,入面有埋椰菜去炒有少少汁可以比年糕吸埋,所以非常之入味而且調味都幾適中小小辣辣地又唔會太鹹,都幾正宗小籠包方面,皮都算幾薄而且入面會有少少湯汁可以飲下。入面嘅肉亦都唔會太乾身,點少少醋咁食更加好味炸銀絲卷,出面略嫌油左少少,不過都炸得幾香脆,係新鮮即炸。所以非常之熱辣辣。而入面點解似銀絲係因為入面饅頭嘅麵粉會做到好似一條條絲咁,令到饅頭更加鬆軟有少少麵粉香。春卷方面同饅頭一樣係新鮮即炸不過就唔會太油膩,而且入面都有唔同嘅蔬菜類例如紅蘿蔔木耳等等食落去都幾爽口。最後職員嘅服務態度亦都唔錯,價錢唔算太貴合理最重要係內部嘅裝修同埋座位都有落過一番心思。 continue reading
