To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企住附近,所以今日懶得煮就嚟富臨食~海皇冬瓜盅覺得冬瓜盅係屋企整要好大工程,所以好多時係餐廳見到冬瓜盅都會點~呢個冬瓜盅唔會太咸,而且有蝦~一路食冬瓜一路飲湯黑椒牛仔骨黑椒汁夠辣得嚟,又唔會掩蓋到牛肉嘅味肉唔會太韌,鐘意損骨記得點啊金銀蛋浸莧菜點都叫翻嗰菜先加了鹹蛋、皮蛋,再不喜歡吃菜的小朋友也會愛上的頭抽走地雞雞件好多,呢度應該有半隻雞都算幾滑,而且有雞味,亦有少少鼓油味生煎菜肉包 外面係中式包點嘅蒸包,底部經過煎煮,所以脆脆的這款裡面是沒有湯汁的
