夏日熱辣辣完全唔想出街但都係想去打邊爐~ 今次同朋友黎到尖沙咀一間以中國宮廷為主題既火鍋店打邊爐餐廳裝修得古色古香每個卡位都有別院名而且仲提供旗袍穿著玩味十足湯底方面我地揀左小辣既麻辣鴨血湯底湯底香濃入味鴨血口感腍滑小辣黎講都已經幾夠辣~ 整體黎講呢到既配菜都算係高質尤其係呢到松露芝心墨魚丸超重松露味一口咬落芝士不斷流出仲有即炸黃金響鈴炸得非常鬆脆好香咸蛋黃味打邊爐當然唔少得叫牛肉啦我地叫左頂級安格斯牛肉同雪花牛肉油花分佈均勻肉質口感滑嫩相當高質呢到既日本廣島蠔都非常新鮮肥美但略嫌有d細隻如果大隻d就更perfect 啦另外鵝腸Q彈爽口值得一試反而黑松露墨魚滑同蝦滑味道較為遜色墨魚滑唔係幾食到松露味而蝦滑味道則普普通通
