大滾友打邊爐，整體真係幾滿意！先講下🐔花膠雞湯鍋，個湯底好好飲，濃郁又鮮甜，飲咗幾碗，店員貼心提醒我哋先飲夠湯再放雞，放咗雞之後啲湯就會太油，雞肉係三黃雞，飲完湯就可以放落去，煮4-5分鐘就啱食，好嫩滑🍲🐔🐮大滾友牛肉拼盤（細）有多款牛肉，牛頸脊肉味重又軟滑，牛黃喉爽脆，肉粒細細粒，又唔會太韌牛味都好突出😋另外蟶子同鮑魚都新鮮彈牙，擺盤都幾靚仲叫咗龍蝦墨魚丸，入面餡有小龍蝦，幾特別🦞仲叫咗啲瓜瓜菜菜，配鮮甜濃郁嘅雞湯底，味道提升好多🥬🍄打邊爐最後一定要食埋稻庭烏冬😍
