今日同女朋友黎到荃灣天氣凍我地都想打邊爐經過見到呢間火鍋店裝修華麗有置身宮廷既感覺就決定入去試下餐牌有好多選擇，湯底款式多樣花膠雞湯鍋湯底好濃郁，呈鮮黃色代表好多雞油係入面成碗都係精華，仲有花膠好豪華雞件好嫩滑，皮香肉滑一開始就飲左幾碗，停唔到！頂級雪花牛肉牛肉底盤有乾冰效果，好吸睛牛肉亦好高質，油花均勻淥10秒就食得，油香十足好嫩滑，推薦伊比利亞橡果豬再試埋豬肉，都好嫩滑油香更濃，完全唔會有腥味點上醬汁食更惹味蟹黃餃中意食蟹既我見到又點可以錯過店家將蟹黃包滿做餡，實在太邪惡好好味竹蔗茅根用好宮庭式既壺裝，好飲又可以打卡
