#小秘書 今個月生日,正日冇同佢好好食餐正經飯,知佢鐘意食海鮮,所以專登搵咗間以蟹為主打嘅日本餐廳同補慶祝。生日更係要食好D,太多選擇唔知點揀,所以我地揀咗個二人前嘅「蟹會席雅」由頭到尾共十食。第一食 - 前菜、漬物盛,第二食 - 小碟小料理,好精緻嘅六小碟,由細碟開始食起,牛蒡蒜子、跟住漬物茄子、鯊魚骨、黑豆粟子、黑松露丶Parma ham伴冬瓜,每款各有特色,我以為蒜子會有辣味但入口甜甜,而黑豆配粟子係我第一次對黑豆唔抗拒而入口又幾好味喎,配得👍🏻。第三食 - 蟹及五點刺身,帶子、三文魚、松葉蟹腳、赤蝦、真名鰹同赤伊佐木,新鮮肉厚👍🏻第四食 - 蟹肉蒸蛋,每一口都食到蟹肉絲同濃濃蛋味第五食 - 蒸毛蟹,原味蒸又鮮又甜,每隻蟹腳同身都好多肉,將蟹膏加入蟹肉一齊食😌簡直係極品,另外個蟹醋都唔錯,甜甜地好配合😋第六食 - 燒雪塲蟹腳,有專人係餐檯準備好爐具,係客人前新鮮燒,爐燒同蒸嘅蟹味道各有不同,燒又好香口,而且一啖將整條雪塲蟹腳食曬,簡直係大満足🤤第七食 - 極品天婦羅盛,有蝦有蟹有秋葵仲有日本迷你蕃薯,樣樣我都like 好夠脆,迷你蕃薯細細粒又甜甜地,好味第八食- 大蜆湯,夠清第九

第九食- 松葉蟹釜飯,有專人將黑松露、黑白芝麻混入有蟹肉、野菌之中,最後放上大量蔥粒,完成。成碗飯都好香松露味,加埋蟹鉗,prefect👏🏻


最後 - 甜品,紅豆綠茶布甸,甜度適中。為整䬸生日飯畫上完美的句號😆,壽星女都非常滿意今日嘅安排🦀
