To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近期去幫,只覺得全部食品都好鹹,勁重味精,完全冇哂昔日的水平.之後不服氣再幫趁,仍是失望.有一次鋪面冇位,被安排到對面的鋪位坐,極其難受,冷氣不足焗到死.雖然我是街坊,相信都不會再光顧. 以佢呢個消費水平,行多幾步係油尖區食餐好D絕不難.
