To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去了電影中心看完戲,走約十分鐘到這裡晚飯。看了地圖,也不難找。因為不能吃辣的東西,所以揀了不辣的生牛肉河、香茅雞翼檬粉、蟹肉蛋金磚、沙爹串燒半打生牛肉河的牛肉切得薄薄的,好多,一浸湯還軟滑的,剛剛好!湯好好味!香茅雞翼檬粉,一碗有四隻雞翼,分開上的,非常入味!!!蟹肉蛋金磚有特色,食到有粉絲,但不太見蟹肉,味稍嫌鹹。沙爹串燒,豬肉比牛肉更好吃呢!豬肉較軟,而牛肉太靭了。可以半打全要豬肉。見旁邊有很多一家大小來吃,選了咖哩點蒜蓉包;又有很大隻的蝦、粉包、撈檬等等,希望遲點胃病好了可以再來吃吧!

生牛肉河的牛肉切得薄薄的,好多,一浸湯還軟滑的,剛剛好!湯好好味!

香茅雞翼檬粉,一碗有四隻雞翼,分開上的,非常入味!!!

蟹肉蛋金磚有特色,食到有粉絲,但不太見蟹肉,味稍嫌鹹。

沙爹串燒,豬肉比牛肉更好吃呢!豬肉較軟,而牛肉太靭了。可以半打全要豬肉。
