To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友很想食北京填鴨,所以帶了我來此餐廳試試。明明預約了,但等待了超過半小時也未有枱,如果不是朋友堅持想食鴨,我一定早已離開。最奇怪的是明明預約了,店員卻叫我們去星巴克喝著飲料等,說有位置再打電話給我們。但我們還是在店外等,催問了幾次,也提前先點了菜,終於可以進去。菜上得算快,但等待太久有點影響心情。烤鴨本身沒什麼味道,皮不是脆的,靠的就是醬。糖心鴨蛋有點失望,$98只有一隻蛋。海鮮鴨湯泡飯感覺最正常。最後店員送了甜品,味道一般。但之前的安排還是影響了整體的感覺,不想再光顧。
