To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 六月上旬‧晴米芝蓮一星的南海一號是個人而言很喜歡的店子,食物水準穩定而且環境也極好。是晚近百位食友在此吃飯,熱鬧!在云云菜式中,大廚推介的雲丹牛肉是不少朋友吃過也讚好的項目。但個人而言仍然喜歡一味金鎊醬大蝦,大蝦本身鮮爽而醬汁更是精華所在,椰香味濃郁之餘也隱透辣勁,要用盡所有辦法(包,饅頭,白飯,米粉等等)將之完全吃清,是來這裡必吃的一味。

米芝蓮一星的南海一號是個人而言很喜歡的店子,食物水準穩定而且環境也極好。是晚近百位食友在此吃飯,熱鬧!

在云云菜式中,大廚推介的雲丹牛肉是不少朋友吃過也讚好的項目。但個人而言仍然喜歡一味金鎊醬大蝦,大蝦本身鮮爽而醬汁更是精華所在,椰香味濃郁之餘也隱透辣勁,要用盡所有辦法(包,饅頭,白飯,米粉等等)將之完全吃清,是來這裡必吃的一味。
