To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運點心,偶然都會試下,每次都只會去深水埗福榮街這間,貪其就脚方便又多座。最近呢幾年,可能米芝蓮介紹關係,好多內地人幫襯,繁忙時間有時一等就半句鐘。所以,我會選近黄昏至夜晚7時時間,不用等便可直接入內,因香港人比較少在晚上食點心當晚餐。😅我每次也必點其酥皮焗义燒包,熱辣辣即製,皮造到好脆,但味道始終覺得以前好食好多,依家味道雖不太差,但餡少了而醬汁味太甜。其它點心都差了少少,希望日後有所改善。
