三號風球下既假日,訓到日上三竿,打算近近地搵間餐廳醫肚。見呢度有空位坐,無慮即入。之前試過呢間既叉燒炒蛋都唔錯,話晒係招牌燒味,今次轉下新口味,就嗌個特餐試試。例湯係青紅蘿蔔黃豆豬骨湯,而凍檸茶一啲都唔吝嗇,有4塊厚厚檸檬,解渴一流。「板煎香菇馬蹄土魷肉餅煎蛋飯」個名十分長,亦都係餐牌上推薦之一,同普遍茶記唔同既係,佢地都注重擺盤,有少量沙律菜伴碟,煎蛋鋪係飯面,看似普通既肉餅都令人食慾大開。平時肉餅都係蒸為主,而家有咁多樣材料混入既煎肉餅,口感顯得豐富好多,鹹香既肉餅配甜甜地既豉油汁令味道取得平衡,香口野萬歲!煎蛋無過老,蛋汁又係撈飯佳品。離開既時候仲有好多等燒味外賣既人,睇黎水準依然唔錯,下次唔想行咁遠都要再黎食燒味飯。

個名十分長,亦都係餐牌上推薦之一,同普遍茶記唔同既係,佢地都注重擺盤,有少量沙律菜伴碟,煎蛋鋪係飯面,看似普通既肉餅都令人食慾大開。平時肉餅都係蒸為主,而家有咁多樣材料混入既煎肉餅,口感顯得豐富好多,鹹香既肉餅配甜甜地既豉油汁令味道取得平衡,香口野萬歲!煎蛋無過老,蛋汁又係撈飯佳品。

離開既時候仲有好多等燒味外賣既人,睇黎水準依然唔錯,下次唔想行咁遠都要再黎食燒味飯。
