To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日帶媽去朋友推介的印尼菜館吃晚飯。菜館細細,坐滿客人,有本地人和印尼人。老板好好人,他好勤力招呼客人,並向客人介紹印尼美食。媽按老板推介,選了印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮。雞肶又滑又美味,肥瘦適中,點特製雞醬超好味。粉皮吸滿濃湯又香又滑,濃湯味鮮甜,花膠又淋滑,充滿骨膠原。叼嘴的老媽都讚好味。我選了石栗馬拉盞炒通菜和黃薑炸原條魚雜錦飯。用香料醃製的黑鰂魚很鮮甜香脆,配菜如炸豆腐,炸矮瓜和豆餅都好味有特色。芽菜青瓜和生菜鮮甜,臭豆很特別。炒通菜惹味。香芧椰糖薑蜜有益健康又滋味,珍多冰香甜有特色。我們吃得很滿意,兩個人消費$324元,物有所值。飯後忍不住買了些印尼糕點回家享用。小店出品有誠意,值得支持。
