今餐試咗間做得幾精緻嘅日本料理,頭盤就已經好有睇頭。松露油鯛魚薄切配淡雪鹽,擺盤好靚,鯛魚薄切到透光,加上微微松露香,同淡雪鹽嘅鹹香混埋一齊,味道層次即刻升級。食落魚肉滑嫩,松露味唔會搶晒戲,反而令成件事更高級,好開胃。🐟跟住食到香魚,真係幾有驚喜。香魚燒得皮脆肉嫩,表皮輕輕帶焦香,一咬落去啲魚脂慢慢滲出,完全無腥味。最正係中間嘅魚卵位,啖啖香濃,咬落爆汁,配啲檸檬汁一齊食,清新得嚟又有風味。🍋牛油果松葉蟹肉軟殼蟹卷就係fusion路線,蟹肉鮮甜又唔腥,牛油果滑溜溜,軟殼蟹炸到香脆,咬落一啖有晒香、酥、滑幾種口感。壽司飯調得好啱酸度,包埋晒成卷,一啖落肚,好滿足。🦀鐵板牛舌一上枱就香氣撲鼻,牛舌切得夠厚身,有啲咬口但唔會鞋,燒得啱啱好,唔會太乾。口感爽中帶啲嫩,醬汁鹹香味濃又唔掩蓋牛味,配埋蒜片食更加提味。🥩之後就係黑松露蟹肉冷蕎麥麵,蕎麥麵滑溜有咬感,凍食更突出佢本身嘅清香;黑松露油加得啱啱好,唔會太膩,蟹肉鮮味啱啱中和蕎麥味,清爽中帶奢華感,夏天食一流。🍜雜錦天婦羅炸得乾爽唔油膩,外皮薄脆,蝦天婦羅彈牙,茄子、南瓜、蓮藕全部炸得啱啱好,保留到食材原本嘅味道。啲炸粉薄得黎脆口,點埋天

最後試埋雞翼,簡單燒烤做法,但火候控制得好,皮脆肉嫩,雞翼本身已經有醃過,唔使點醬都夠晒味,帶少少焦香更惹味。🍗
