铜锣湾这家居酒屋我能N刷!藏在轩尼诗道楼上也太会了吧~地址给你们扒好了:轩尼诗道525号澳门逸园中心7楼,叫酒津!出电梯就有内味儿了,暖黄灯光配着日文歌,瞬间穿越到东京小酒馆~他们家串烧是灵魂!鸡肾烤得焦香带点脆,鸡心处理得超干净完全不腥,鸡翅外皮酥到掉渣,里面肉嫩得飙汁…每次来都得点上一大把,配着冰啤酒喝到微醺才舒服~天冷了还能点份寿喜锅,牛肉片薄到透光,在甜丝丝的汤里涮几秒,裹上生鸡蛋液滑进嘴里,鲜得人直咂嘴!锅里的蔬菜吸饱了汤汁,最后再来口米饭,暖心又暖胃~下班后跟朋友来这儿聚聚,吃着串烧喝着小酒,聊聊天吹吹牛,感觉一整天的疲惫都被治愈了~住在附近的宝子真的可以冲!

總結:今次坐喺師傅枱隔離,真係完全睇到佢點樣準備食物,手法都好純熟。食物真係有返咁上下質素,而且價錢完全唔貴,下次一定會再叫酒同朋友飲返兩杯。想提一提,呢度除咗食物之外,其實都應該叫做係一間鬼太郎嘅日本餐廳,由佢用碟,做裝飾全部都係鬼太郎,連師傅嘅制服都有鬼太郎印咗上去,好搞笑。
