To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 被門口的什扒飯相吸引,但入到去先知道晚餐才有什扒飯。點了下午茶餐,南乳炸雞脾薯角,加錢叫了椰汁紅豆冰。紅豆冰超甜,飲了一口已經飲不下,椰汁加cream 加極甜紅豆,頂不順了。炸脾來了。炸脾和薯角都剛炸起,問題是沒有吸油紙,上碟前無停油,整碟都十分油。試一口,雞脾咸,薯角也咸,油腻極了,相信炸物用的油用得耐了都吸了不少鹽。還。有沙律,已經不想食了。食不下,飲下不,相也不想影,俾錢走了。搵食真難,餓住個肚出去,再去快餐店醫個肚。
