To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當年讀書時還在旺角煙廠街附近那時等候近一小時,結業後也沒有再嚐過了。今晚再來吃個點心,看看米芝蓮威力是否未減! 進店後難免不安,席上盡是遊客,內地、日本、菲律賓人,本地居民似乎只得小貓咪三四隻黃沙豬潤腸腸粉非常滑溜,雖然不像是剛蒸好的熱燙燙,但也不是乾精精、沒水份那種。中間的豬潤也挺綿滑、不老,碎小得來不會變乾,可算是吃過比較佳的豬潤腸粉。蝦餃精瑩小巧,內裏蝦肉挺多,像摻了些豬肉,不太乾身,有食評家就因為這兒的蝦餃沒有使用筍,使得沒有什麼筍香,也沒有太多豬肉香,覺得這兒的蝦餃不太純正。但是以我來說,我覺得這兒的蝦餃味道不錯,因我本來不喜好筍。 山竹牛肉算是比較普通,沒有粉紅色,整舊牛肉都軟綿綿的沒甚嚼勁。 鮮竹卷的腐竹有點脆,但浸在醬汁內自己變林,內裏肉量不多,感覺不夠豐富。脆皮叉燒包的外皮像菠蘿包的,但不是一格格狀,脆皮夠熱,內裏叉燒也不太老或乾身。
