難得和好友歡聚,這晚選擇了「明閣」的灣仔分店嘆嘆高質中菜。「明閣」位放鷹君中心的2樓,一上電梯便看到招牌。餐廳裝潢設計時尚優雅,甚有空間感。桌子之間有一定距離,給予客人一定私隱度。一進餐廳大門口,更是有一個酒吧。在中菜廳內設bar實屬少有,可惜疫情之下暫時休業,未能觀摩。否則的是,一試這裡的特色中國茶cocktail也是不錯。素來愛吃叉燒的筆者,又怎會錯過一嚐米芝蓮食府出品的這個機會呢?明爐叉燒燒至色澤金香。半肥瘦叉燒厚切,入口是肉香和脂肪油香並存著。一件過後,蜜汁的香味餘韻久久未散,令人忍不住再來一件。造型華麗的焗蟹蓋,放置在蟹形碟上,甚具打卡度。蟹蓋有2款做法可選,分別是芝士焗又或香酥,這次試了芝士焗。蟹蓋面上舖滿烤焗的焦黃的芝士,看得吸引。芝士之下是滿滿的蟹肉絲,也夾雜了白蘿蔔絲去加添口感。蟹肉的鮮美配上芝士,是一道香口美味的佳餚。能夠成為米芝蓮星級粵菜餐廳,殊不簡單;這個雞絲羹更拿下旅發局的美食賞金獎,再錦上添花。湯羹足料,啖啖都充滿著花膠絲、雞絲、木耳絲。以老雞和金華火腿熬成的湯底鮮味也頗為濃郁。值得一提的是,湯羹還加了陳皮絲熬煮,進食時隱約感受到陳皮的芳香。吃時還可以配上咸

黑豚肉先以炸的方式處理,口感香脆,咬開後是鎖在裡面的肉汁
,豚肉香十足。外層蘸上了焦糖和黑醋煮做的醬汁,味道酸甜開胃
