Restaurant: Little Fish (Kam Ma Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不明白有這麼多好評,本懷著期待的心情,雖然不期待有「探魚」的質量,但沒想過這麼難食,好xxxx腥,真的好腥,我們叫了「海鱸魚」,麻辣味,上菜魚好明顯的「沒有事前煎香過」,上台再煮10分鐘見魚熟了再食,一進口就是一個腥味,麻辣都不足掩蓋那魚腥味。我們只能勉強吃了不足半條宣布放棄,因為實難食。1.可能是死魚不是新魚。2.是廚房沒有做足功夫。我看見大家都推薦,我不明白是否只有我獨自覺得難食,僅此作參考。不要太期待!

1.可能是死魚不是新魚。
