今晚去咗極尚大喜屋放題,整體感覺幾驚喜,水準同出菜速度都唔錯。首先講刺身,選擇多到眼花繚亂:三文魚、北寄貝、赤貝、帶子、松葉蟹腳等等,切得厚身而且夠冰凍,新鮮感好足,入口油香突出,完全唔腥。點少少豉油同芥末已經好滿足,影相打卡都好吸睛🍣。熟食方面都唔輸蝕,燒物、鐵板、炸物同飯麵樣樣有,XO醬牛、鹽燒雞軟骨、牛舌、玉子燒、蟹籽壽司都幾有水準,唔係得個多樣款式咁簡單,質素都有做功課🔥。兩款重點菜式要大推。古法鹽焗蟹用嘅係新鮮蟹,打開蟹蓋嗰陣海水香撲鼻而來,蟹肉結實甜美,鹽香將鮮味鎖住,唔需要多餘調味都已經好出色,食到真材實料🦀。另一道避風塘大頭蝦同樣用新鮮大頭蝦,蝦身厚肉彈牙,蒜香辣勁同炸蒜脆脆地,超級下酒下飯,食到停唔到口🦐。甜品方面就更加加分:自助雪櫃有Häagen-Dazs雪糕杯,奶香厚滑,飯後拎一杯即刻清新晒,配熱茶一冷一熱更醒胃🍨。服務方面,店員走動頻密,收碟同加單都幾俐落;手機落單介面清晰,唔使等太耐;坐位寬敞,兩個人都覺得舒服。以價錢同食材量來講,性價比幾高,想食刺身又想試熟食嘅朋友,呢度係個好選擇。下次會再回訪,繼續解鎖其他隱藏款😉
