聽人講話哩間放題係同大喜屋同一個老細,咁諗住質素應該有番咁上下,就打電話book檯試吓啦!Book左食6pm果場,去到仲要排陣隊先有得入去,結果差唔多6:15pm先開餐。入到去環境好大,但D檯好迫,好似同隔離搭檯咁,唔係太舒服。不過黎食野je,所以食物質素最重要~~~「刺身」:有三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子、甜蝦、玉子、白玉豚、北寄貝等,全部都好新鮮,亦好肥美,加上用冰兜上,所以食到最尾都仲係好冰凍!最欣賞係落單時寫要幾多舊,佢會真係比足咁多舊你,唔會寒寒酸酸咁比少D,驚死蝕本咁!「壽司」:有好多款,特別推介火炙系列,佢係即叫即燒架,所以食落口仲有少少暖,好似「火炙三文魚壽司」咁,一燒起就送上檯,D魚油溶左喺面,食落好甘香,正!「炸物」:「牛肉炸薯餅」入面有少少碎牛肉粒,D薯蓉係撈埋D醃料先攞去炸,所以有陣咸香,又無話炸到好油,幾好食;「芝士年糕」就極力推介啦!表面炸到脆身;入面D年糕軟綿綿,又唔會話成舊粉咁好厚好實;最正係佢真係勁多芝士,一咬係爆哂出黎,勁滿足啊!!!「燒金目鯛」:另一極力推介,薄薄既魚塊加埋醬汁去燒,好香濃好入味,同埋哩隻魚既魚油好重,所以口感好豐腴,但就有D似鵝肝咁,食一

「卷物」:「鰻魚芝士卷」塊鰻魚幾厚身,不過舊cream cheese就無咩芝士味;「煙鴨胸芝士卷」塊鴨胸幾好味,但同舊壽司飯就唔太match;「牛油果軟殼蟹卷」好好味,牛油果同軟殼解好match,軟殼蟹入口時仲係脆架,good~~

「蒜香牛柳粒」:哩個就唔推介喇,牛柳粒整到好乾,好un,每舊都有渣。

一間水準高既放題,食物質素高,店員收碟都收得快,亦好少出現漏單。雖然比坊間既放題貴(差唔多$250/人),但好食既話都值得既
