長達三個月的第五波疫情已近尾聲,差不到看到曙光,這段時間晚上沒有堂食,只好下午的時候來到吃一頓豐富的日本料理。刺身5盛$280,包括吞拿魚、帶子、油甘魚、三文魚、海膽,每款刺身都很新鮮,味道亦都很鮮甜,其中以吞拿魚的味道最為鮮甜可口,沒有腥味。鮑魚殼燒$136,鮑魚非常新鮮,上枱時,鮑魚還在活動,非常活潑。店員在我們面前非常有心機將鮑魚燒熟,鮑魚口感爽嫩彈牙,不會過靭。芝麻醬椰菜$30,可能芝麻醬不算太多,沒有覺得什麼特別的味道,不過椰菜很爽甜,都是一個不錯的前菜。洋梨燒酎$58,味道有點啤梨的甜味,很容易入口,不過始終有酒精成份,都會有少少酒意。
