炎丸居酒屋一直都咁滿座受歡迎,4年前食過,一直都好鍾意呢間餐廳好有日本feel,所以再黎。提一提大家一定要訂位,walk-in真係冇可能有位,我係平日星期四晚,早一個round 6:30pm去到,到7:30pm時候都已經全場滿座。冇得飛去日本,可以黎炎丸咁有日本氣氛嘅餐廳食飯,都好開心同興奮有好心情😂首先叫咗個焱丸海鮮沙律,新鮮爽口,個汁令人好開胃。左口魚刺身,我第一次食,賣相setting有心機,一片片透明,朋友話口感有d似淡味芝士,有少少魚骨但軟身直接吞都冇事。三文魚中卷又係相機食先,靚setting,又好味。黎呢度點少得叫我最鍾意,同埋呢度出名嘅燒海鮮,甲羅燒同帆立貝殼燒!!餐廳知道客人唔識掌握點燒得好,所以呢part職員會幫手燒,好好服務同跟得好貼,包保唔會浪費咁靚嘅材料。我哋叫咗:黑松露蟹肉甲羅燒蟹味噌甲羅燒蟹蓋裡滿滿嘅蟹膏,係烤爐上一邊加熱,香氣一邊湧出,鮮味濃郁,之後用匙羹食,啖啖美味一絕!!最後當然唔少得我最愛嘅帆立貝殼燒同鮑魚殼燒,原隻帆立貝同鮑魚連殼上, 夠晒新鮮惹味;新鮮到個鮑魚燒緊時狂郁(搞到我都有d唔忍心),肉質好彈牙,冇調味都好好味。賣單走時,職員講加油,明嘅就明,在心中,感到同路人嘅打氣💪🏻💛 continue reading

今日朋友生日,就約咗佢喺尖沙咀焱丸水產慶祝。呢間日式餐廳係我朋友圈中都幾出名,唔少friend都推薦。果然平日夜晚都好多人,唔book真係未必食得到。餐廳環境好有日式格調,裝潢很有日本小店的感覺,縱使現在去唔到旅行,但都有種置身日本的feel。焱丸號壽司$158材料超級豐富,有超多的吞拿魚茸,蟹肉,海膽,蛋絲,飛魚子等等,非常吸引。下面藏着三舊壽司,可以選擇自己喜歡的配料放上去,一口食晒非常滿足。海膽鮮甜,吞拿魚茸清香,魚味濃郁。海膽帆立貝$110點了兩件海膽帆立貝,帆立貝好清甜,加上些少焦香味,再配上海膽,口感豐富,鮮味倍增!辣味豆腐$38外脆內軟,炸得非常好,炸粉好薄,上面亦都灑上一些辣椒粉,裏面滑溜無比,更帶有些少辣,呢個小食好唔錯!蟹味味增甲羅燒$68呢個甲羅燒係招牌必點,好好食!店員還會幫忙料理同燒,所以我都係等食。蟹味濃郁,食到一絲絲蟹肉,配上香蔥和蟹籽,每一口除了濃郁蟹香,更有蟹籽的卜脆,整體又不會過咸,很鮮味!白蜆殼燒 $45白蜆鮮甜冇沙,吃到它的海水鹹香,不用醬汁已經好好食!唐楊八爪魚 $80八爪魚炸粉薄,軟腍,再配沙律醬,一點都不油膩。整體呢餐生日飯真係好好食,朋友都好滿意!就豪一餐請佢食好啲!😂 continue reading

同朋友慶祝生日,知佢平時最鍾意食燒烤、貝殼類同剌身,今晚比個驚喜佢,一次過滿足佢三個喜好😆。焱丸我都去過好幾次,每次都令我食到捧腹而回😋。棉登徑成條街食肆臨立,中、日、西式都有,焱丸水產位置係成條街最唔起眼嘅尾尾端位置,但係經常爆滿要等位嘅,可見佢嘅口啤應真唔錯👍🏻。餐廳裝修好和風、日本居酒屋🏮格局,每枱勻預先擺放好燒烤爐,桌面餐具都好乾淨整齊。🥢先點刺身同壽司三文魚、油甘魚、赤身、帶子、海膽 - 海膽色澤金黃,入口柔軟甘甜,完全唔會有苦澀味,而其他刺身全部厚切,超富口感,三文魚同油甘魚,充滿油花甘香,赤身原全不含油脂,肉質較實有咬口、帶子厚切肥美😋。🍣壽司擺碟好特別,先係海膽、魷魚粒、吞拿魚蓉、蟹柳絲整齊鋪滿係壽司飯上面,呢個擺碟超靚,必要影相打卡攞like😆,後面仲鋪滿蟹肉同蛋絲架😋。重頭戲甲羅燒,店員好細心幫我地將兩個盛滿蟹膏嘅殼放上燒烤爐上面,先將鵪鶉蛋倒入蟹膏入面,再用一支鐵捧將殼內蟹膏、蟹肉、蔥花、黑松露同蟹子一拼攪拌,大約等左10分鐘倒終於有得食啦😋,用匙羹一啖一啖放入口,嘩🤗非常滿足,所有配料混合埋一齊,首先係蟹子不停在口腔迫迫卜卜爆發,跟住蟹膏嘅咸鮮味充斥整個味蕾,好食得太過份啦😆。如果呢個時候有碗白飯就非常完美啦😂。鮮鮑魚同帶子,比隻鮑魚嚇親,上枱仲不停蠕動,新鮮程度爆晒燈,入口軟糯有鮑味,仲有咸咸地嘅海水味道😆。帶子非常肥美,燒過後更加鮮甜,側邊橙色果舊野,好鬼軟滑。最後點左個冷烏冬,入口冰冰涼涼,烏冬軟滑煙靱,連個烏冬汁都好講究架,加入蘿蔔蓉,蔥花同芝麻,增強個汁嘅味道😆。白桃梳打,青蘋果颱風乳酸,兩者味道都帶酸酸甜甜,最岩用黎消消滯;今晚呢個晚餐安焱丸水產甲羅燒🏮 continue reading
