To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知多啲:雖然嘉麟樓月餅係半島酒店出產,但嘉麟樓月餅係人手製作,所以限量發售,要預早訂購,比半島酒店出產的更加矜貴!食後感:首先,一切開,月餅個外層(餅的部分)已經散曬碎曬。個餅牛油味係幾濃郁嘅,口感係鬆散嘅。至於餡料,太甜!入面有少少一粒粒嘅鹹蛋黃(?) 奶黃味都係濃郁嘅,少少奶粉味咁結論:我以前屋企都有買半島酒店(普通嗰隻)嘅月餅,覺得味道都ok嘅,咁何苦要買呢個嘉麟樓月餅呢?講到尾,我覺得買得「半島酒店」月餅,都係為左個名,送禮時懶係有face啲、豪氣啲,咁普普通通半島月餅就得架。而如果真係為左食野嘅話,我建議你買出面正正常常嘅奶黃月餅/奶黃留心月餅好過啦

結論:我以前屋企都有買半島酒店(普通嗰隻)嘅月餅,覺得味道都ok嘅,咁何苦要買呢個嘉麟樓月餅呢?講到尾,我覺得買得「半島酒店」月餅,都係為左個名,送禮時懶係有face啲、豪氣啲,咁普普通通半島月餅就得架。
而如果真係為左食野嘅話,我建議你買出面正正常常嘅奶黃月餅/奶黃留心月餅好過啦
