To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從社會運動及疫情,都好耐冇嚟沙田食嘢飯,今日突然間好想食片皮鴨!原來以前嘅川淮居轉咗北京樓,都冇問題一定有片皮鴨食加上可以叫半隻,太好了,我哋可以多點幾個餸佢哋嘅包的皮特別薄,而且好細心,每一片會隔一張牛油紙,而且keep得暖,喺第二度食,通常成日都食到一半啲包皮就凍哂啦!今次我哋記得叫銀絲卷,同埋少少辣嘅紅油抄手,醒胃又唔會太飽肚, 咁樣我哋先可以叫多幾樣嘢食!另外叫咗金腿津白,不太鹹也不太濃味,好有驚喜!至於雞絲粉皮,可以自己撈起當然唔少得一定要叫甜品啦!我哋其中兩個人每人叫咗一碗,補腦嘅合桃糊,有養顏嘅蛋白杏仁茶作完美嘅句號!今次我哋三人行,叫咗好多嘢食,加上用咗AE 卡優惠,超抵食
