To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要講懷念, 因為我已經搬咗屋, 搬離開元朗, 就連所有懷念既元朗食店都漸漸遠離.我諗如果講第一次去食永年, 嗯...大約係我讀緊小學, 當時只係食腸粉, 可以話係由細食到大, 小店老闆同老闆娘佢地個樣雖然兇神惡殺,不過其實好好人,細個帶唔夠錢, 佢地會話你下次比返啦!人情味加晒分.講返食物, 我會推介好干淨既豬腸,勁甜蘿蔔, 好入味既豬紅, 陳皮魚蛋, 大大隻雞翼(鹵水), 魷魚...好多, 講到尾樣樣都好食, 不過佢個秘訣就一定要落十個勁既辣汁, 唔食辣都落少少釣味, 會生色不少,但係如果你自問好食得辣, 想挑戰佢既辣度, 咁我建議你可以由少試起, 真係好鬼辣, 食到流晒汗. 如果你真係辣到食唔到既話, 咁...可以由佢加湯中和返, 繼續食... 不過我多數星期日去, 排隊會排到痴線, 但都值得.
