To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我未食過咁差既餐廳,服務態度非常惡劣,落單的食物種類又少,出面既野冇哂都唔會refill。主打既活蝦有大部分既都係死既,食落一啲都唔新鮮。餐廳有自製既菜好好飲,但係如果你係7點入場食既話,你係唔會見到有呢種飲品,因為佢係完全唔會refill。餐廳既出餐時間好快,但係全部肉一早切好放係雪櫃,冇衛生可言。最嚴重既係串燒係生肉,一咬落去係生既同冰凍嘅,同經理講,經理拎走兩串生串燒後,連唔好意思都冇講,態度超差。呢間野真係唔會再食第二次

最嚴重既係串燒係生肉,一咬落去係生既同冰凍嘅,同經理講,經理拎走兩串生串燒後,連唔好意思都冇講,態度超差。呢間野真係唔會再食第二次
