To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都好想試下呢度D點心,但之前一見到門口的人龍-----心諗都係下次少人D再食啦﹗最近好中意同朋友仔一齊食點心,無論下午茶同夜茶都啱,於是今日諗住2個人黎食下野。開頭見到門口都好似幾多人,但原來都唔係,10分鐘左右就入得,GOOD啊!!我地點左蝦餃,鳳爪,馬拉糕,排骨飯招牌酥皮焗叉燒包。全部都好好味啊!! 蝦餃蒸得夠乾身又足料,馬拉糕鬆軟又香甜,叉燒包更加熱辣辣。賣相雖然同平時的差不多,但味道絶對係水準之作。佢地MENU上的點心款式不多,不過貴精不貴多啦,樣樣都做得有心機又熱辣辣,食得特別開心滿足!!!
