To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說果日同家人帶住興奮既心情去試一下米知蓮欽點上榜, 出晒名既”添好運”點心專心店食嘢 – 不過唔係果間旺角總店, 而係响深水埗新開張果間.我哋食果段時間都已經係近4点鐘, 客人已唔多, 只佔六七成座位, 但估唔到水準都有D強差人意…….總括嚟講, 除咗個牛油西式叉燒包, 同埋糯米雞比較軟熟之外,其他都係一般貨式而矣……..但我想投訴既係, 果個比較出名既 – 豬潤腸粉 – 咬開入口, 竟然血淋淋!!! 得果一半熟都冇就上枱比人食!!!!!!!!我咁大個人都無食過咁既”刺生”既!!!!仲話仲係推界食品!!........太差啦!!!…….另外, 期間我仲未落單, 而且家人未到, 果時都有幾張吉枱, 於是同個經理講想換枱, , 佢敷衍我之後等咗十多分鐘, 都冇咗回事, 做嘢真係求其!!另外有個侍應亞嬸唔小心打”寫”杯水, 個經理登起個款, 丙個亞嬸話点解會咁, 嘩, 咁人哋都一時唔小心啫(而且我見果位亞姐都做到好攰咁), 又冇碌親人, 唔洗狂丙啩?最後就係响出面門口既廚師, 我响度望下果D廣告同推界啫, 洗唔洗兩個一齊令個頭嚟眼超超呀……..(而且有D似古惑仔咁) 總之經過今次之後, 除
