To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 真難想像這是酒店餐廳。首先無公筷以令人難以接受,尤其以一間酒店的中餐廳,還要問攞三次才有。茶是可讚的,雖然無得揀茶葉,味道不錯,每位$20,後來成晚都要飲茶,因為餸偏鹹,加上味精重,朋友中有對味精比較敏感,所以如對味精敏感就要小心了。另外,食物總體都細碟。寧波肋骨 $138 👎不夠淋,較硬身,難咬開。味道亦太偏甜。不推介。乾燒蝦球 $188 👎餐牌照片非常吸引,但上菜時細碟,汁頗”傑”,可能用了比較多生粉。味道一般。片皮烤鴨 (兩食)$500😋一食是鴨皮加薄餅,鴨皮脆口,鴨皮及薄餅甜鴨醬都份量足,味道好。推介。🆗二食就好一般,類似鴨肉絲炒牙菜。無乜特別評價。乾煸鮮筍四季豆 $168🆗味道頗好,滿意。細碟。棒棒雞$62 😋好細碟,味道可以。燒汁香煎銀雪魚 $260 😋全晚最好味道的一碟,好惹味,銀雪魚的量也算足。但有點過鹹。還是推介。鎮江肴肉 $65 😋如一般上海餐廳的水準,好味,可以。豆沙鍋餅 $48 👎不推介,皮硬,好細碟。桂花酒釀丸子 $38 🆗丸子煙韌,桂花味不夠香。香煎八寶飯 $65 😋我之前在別處食煎的八寶飯是好香口好脆又煙韌,我預期的是好像一個碗倒轉的形狀和大小,但上的時候

我之前在別處食煎的八寶飯是好香口好脆又煙韌,我預期的是好像一個碗倒轉的形狀和大小,但上的時候只見好細同扁平的一塊,好在味道好,不過真係好細份,還是值得推介,尤其少餐廳有煎的八寶飯。

花生、酸菜 每碟$25,可能我們六人,給了我們一碟花生和兩碟酸菜,共$75。

總括而言,我不推介,因為食完成晚好口渴,有味精又偏鹹,味道平均其實還算好味可以,但真係食完渴左成晚,又細碟,又無公筷,要問三次先拿對普通筷子來。
