脆鱔,一向本身都對鱔類食品不太鍾意,因為亦都好像魚類製品一樣,比較多骨,向來都比較少掂。



這次吃這個

味道帶點甜而脆,有點輕微鹹味,不會太濃,但是煮得夠香脆,亦都不會有骨,

叉子燒餅亦都是本人向來比較喜歡的一道菜式,但這兒的燒餅,餅殼不太鬆,
底下還好像有點兒太厚,而放入燒餅中間的那些材料,應該有點兒肉粒,有點兒是荀粒,其他都不太吃出是什麼。而且調味醬料來說,那就單靠桌上面那一那一壺XO醬,
沒有其他醬料,因此吃起上來比較單調。

本人向來不算非常之熱中於
元蹄,但是這天,見經理定店員將元蹄切得方方正正的,
非常方便夾食,於是也當然把握機會一試。竟然,其他親友表示,元蹄非常之肥,吃完之後將好像飽了些。



但是我卻覺得,
元蹄底下的肉煮得夠綿夠化,不會令人感覺到在吃柴皮,中間那一層脂肪又不算太過肥膩,
上邊的皮又有骨膠原,實在是難能可貴的美味。另外,醬汁可能輕微偏鹹,
那麼就可以用旁邊的白菜去消除太鹹的味道。



想不到,一年之內都很少機會到館子去吃上海菜式,但是一去,就是打叠2️⃣天。結果兩天都吃了
松子魚,以及富貴雞。那個
富貴雞,就即是以往叫做乞兒雞,現在可能因為接近大時大節,所以將乞兒雞的名字改得好聽一點,叫做
富貴雞吧?

這都是將隻
雞的內裏塞滿很多其他材料,例如有些薑、金針、雲耳其他材料,然之後包上荷葉,再配合其他香料,再包上一層黑漆漆似泥的東西,拿去焗。


拿出來之後,就放在一個木盤上面,讓食客用木槌將它敲破,究竟意義何在呢?



雞味不算格外香,但的確切開後雞肉可與內餡同吃,而且汁醬挺多,香濃不算太鹹,可惜是沒有雞雜

松子魚的賣相亦都不錯,一大條長長的松子魚,淋上好像咕嚕肉一樣的汁醬,😄然後又有點菠蘿、洋蔥、紅椒、松子粒粒。我就最喜歡這種魚,因為有理冇理,😀向來最害怕就是吃魚,不愛吃到魚骨的人,最喜歡就是這種魚,味道還是不太酸,
剛好開胃。

本人向來亦都不算極之喜好
蘿蔔酥餅,但是亦咬了一少許,吃落去感覺蘿蔔酥餅非常之軟綿綿,就像花兒千絲萬縷,口感也相當不錯,亦都不算煮得糊爛。



生煎包就反而比較普通,因為底下的包皮偏向軟林,而我曾經吃過那些底部非常之香脆,內裏又蘊含幾多肉汁的生煎包,這包就相對比較普通。🤷🏿‍♂️





畢竟它是位於酒店裏邊的中菜,因此就服務來說,員工的服務也不錯,即使看起上嚟大部份員工日好像炒散,但是亦都不算太求其,總是會自己主動來給你端茶,加茶,又或是端菜等等。

之前朋友生日约食饭,去了尖沙咀夜上海食上海菜,一心抱着高期望去試試這間有名嘅一星米芝蓮上海菜。可惜,中晒伏。。。。一入去其實環境不錯,位置極佳,那天晚上令埸滿座,好彩我們訂了間房。一心諗住咁多人一定好食。其實服務可以的,可惜食物質素好普通,温度不夠熱。更可惜是那大閘蟹是沒有半點鮮味。整餐晚饭水準十分可惜,沒有一碟餸出色,價錢也不便宜,平均每位飲埋花雕要 $1600. 花雕仲要普通貨仔,用咁嘅價錢大把選擇。

我之前在別處食煎的八寶飯是好香口好脆又煙韌,我預期的是好像一個碗倒轉的形狀和大小,但上的時候只見好細同扁平的一塊,好在味道好,不過真係好細份,還是值得推介,尤其少餐廳有煎的八寶飯。

花生、酸菜 每碟$25,可能我們六人,給了我們一碟花生和兩碟酸菜,共$75。

10.鮮肉小籠包4件$60 點了2籠$120小籠包,好多湯汁,小心弄穿。(由於相片太多不能再上載),還有點了一支喜力。最後侍應問需要點甜品否,由於太飽關係,我們都推卻了,但是我認為甜品可以一試,平均5/60元一個,出面甜品屋食也需要此價錢,
此頓喜氣洋溢的晚宴承惠$2,457。
覺得需要改進的地方是上菜太快,感覺好像很趕啊,另食客有壓力感。

Came here for dinner, this restaurant do good Peking duck! I also love their sweet and sour shrimp, which 🦐 is huge, boneless and very meaty I am lazy lool and always prefer boneless chicken, wings, shrimp, lobster, etc The wrapping thing for Peking duck is soft and thin, while the roast duck is nicely done no extra fat! It taste as good as it looks. This spot is in Marco Polo hotel while its service is good, I think it’s too packed with not enough space between tables

I am lazy lool and always prefer boneless chicken, wings, shrimp, lobster, etc


The wrapping thing for Peking duck is soft and thin, while the roast duck is nicely done no extra fat! It taste as good as it looks.


This spot is in Marco Polo hotel while its service is good, I think it’s too packed with not enough space between tables
