去開鰂魚涌,諗住搵間中菜,於是見到呢間陳儀興尚潮樓有咁多好評,所以就嚟試下晚餐兩個人食潮州嘢真係好難叫餸,今晚叫咗凍花甲,超級肥美,醃料嚟講有好重嘅羅勒味,唔會太鹹,好味再叫咗一個護國菜,初初以為係上湯煮番薯葉,點知原來佢係打咗獻,好似一個湯羹嘅質地,上面有啲金華火腿絲,味道係好嘅,不過我覺得稍稍有點鹹咗少少另外再叫咗一個糯米釀雞翼,冇諗過佢係會有用炸漿炸,呢個比較油,另外糯米飯又好重酒味,同我所期望嘅糯米釀雞翼味道有少少距離,可能呢個係潮州版本,不過我比較鍾意港式版本嘅糯米飯普寧豆腐係菜單上面寫明每日由普寧新鮮直送到港,豆香味好重,一定要趁熱食,另外佢同出面嘅普寧豆腐有啲唔同,佢唔係點鹽水,佢係點一碟綠色嘅嘢,其實點咗我都唔知係乜嘢,不過就係鹹鹹地,最後當然係唔少得我每次食潮州菜都一定要食嘅芋泥啦!
