To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣都幾好,去元朗行吓街shopping ,見到呢間車仔麵啲裝修都幾懷舊吓,就入去坐低食碗車仔麵,諗住學人懷舊一下,喺門口排隊落單,叫左一碗粗麵加豬皮丶蘿蔔丶魚蛋丶牛筋,要腩汁,比左錢跟著入去攞嘢食,好快先飲左一啖湯底,又鹹又味精,跟著食左一啖麵,咬落口就知道係用精製麵粉造嘅,唔係唔好,不過唔係我杯茶,蘿蔔夠淋夠甜,可惜食得出啲甜味喺味精嘅甜味,最後冇食完就走了,因為真係唔想自己食完佢之後覺得口喝又要去飲返多啲水。
