To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角燒肉放題高質燒肉放題,平日278$一位,牛肉為主,雞肉、配菜為副。調味多數有原味、鹽醬、同燒汁。有一次試過鹽醬調味十分之鹹之後,就無再叫過呢個調味了。好在呢度嘅肉類質素都非常好,唔需要特別調味,其實原味醮少少燒肉汁都幾好食。係牛角呢到點可以唔食牛角飯。鋪滿紫菜仲有一隻半熟蛋,撈埋一齊口感豐富,當係中和一下濃濃嘅肉味好唔錯!今次仲叫咗牛肚,烤牛肚好少試,都幾特別。牛肚用烤嘅做法其實都幾香幾唔錯,但係要小心如果太猛火就好容易燶。
