A pretty nice place for wagyu katsu and tonkatsu! I was surprised by how flaky, crispy and light the panko was. It marks a nice contrast to the tender and juicy meat inside! Both the tonkatsu and wagyu were soft, with the latter one being melt-in-the-mouth delicious! If you find the wagyu too raw for your liking, you could request for a pan to reheat it. Both the tonkatsu and wagyu were soft, with the latter one being melt-in-the-mouth delicious! If you find the wagyu too raw for your liking, you could request for a pan to reheat it. For this meal, we ordered the most expensive kind of beef, but the restaurant offers a wide selection of cuts and beef at different price range. We strongly recommend this over Kobekyu, the Korean restaurant for wagyu katsu!
