To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聖誕前夕跟媽到這兒歎午飯.首先,這兒是法定古蹟,白色的殖民地建築,入面的裝修桌椅也古色古香,感覺很好.他們的茶是真的不錯,雖然要$25一位,不便宜,但真的好.他們是用碗蓋茶而上,還有一壺滾水.我絲要的是雲南正山普洱茶,很濃很香,顏色很黑.我要了白茶,有玫瑰香味, 贊!至於素菜點心,真的份量很少,初時也有搵笨的感覺,但吃著吃著的,卻覺得很可口,很健康.炆米: 這個其實是似炒面,是用幼面而不是粉絲做的,味道不錯,香口而不油膩.素餃:樣子真的似餃子,入面有番茄,好味.粉果: 味道普通,不過不失.糯米卷:味道似糯米雞,也是味道普通,不過不失,勝在夠飩肚.南瓜包:這個超贊!它們不是包,而是很精緻的南瓜點心,橙色的糯米皮,上面連瓜蒂也有,太可愛了!花生馅很可口,好味道!糯米糍:普普通通,但太細粒了.紅豆糕:好清甜.有淡淡的紅豆和椰子香味.飯後不用上班,跟媽逛街,感覺很幸福!
