好耐冇去日本,朋友介紹呢度搵到日本味道,就黎試下。刺身盛合6款 ($618)係燒海鮮店食刺身好似好傻咁,但水準居然及得上正統日本壽司店。 三文魚、吞拿魚、赤貝、拖羅、帶子同油甘魚樣樣新鮮甜到爆,厚切又肥美,抵到爛。 比較少食到咁大隻既帶子,兩個人分都比平時食一整塊多,鮮甜難忘。二人前浜燒盛合既蠔、鮑魚、松葉蟹、帆立貝同三重縣龍蝦毫無疑問都係好新鮮,最重要成功因素係店員手勢好好,就算自己燒都拿捏唔到咁準,當晚好彩人手好夠,成晚都有同一個店員全程serve我地,食到食材最完美既狀態。 最值得一讚係燒松葉蟹,火候岩岩好,蟹汁一滴不剩入哂我個口,滑嘟嘟又香甜。 三重縣龍蝦第一次食,彈牙到幻想到前幾分鐘佢仲彈跳緊個樣。味噌蟹甲羅燒 ($78)每次燒海鮮必叫,當然底味同平時食到既一樣,不過無謂配料唔多,啖啖都係蟹肉蟹膏,配麵包好香口。番薯雪糕 ($68)估唔到甜品都係一大驚喜,超鐘意食番薯,呢個雪糕就好似成個番薯雪凍左既滑溜版咁,天然到同就咁食番薯冇分別,心滿意足。
