To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 响屯門市中心倣完嘢,順便食埋晚飯先返歸,突然想食個鵝脾飯,就行去太興啦。一時唔記得而家呢間太興,好多水貨客幫襯,去到仲有卡位坐,諗住滿足吓口腹之慾,無所謂啦。叫咗 "原隻" 鵝脾飯套餐,再加一個想念的梅菜扣肉煲。好快期待的鵝脾飯來了,"原隻" 鵝脾要求免切上碟,左看右看這鵝脾也不像是原隻,免切就是為了避免有部份不知去向,估唔到原隻免切也被削成這樣。太興鵝睥飯吃過不少,唯獨這次遇到咁誇張。不論食味如何,印象已經大打折扣。再來是梅菜扣肉煲這個菜在這分店吃過2、3次,其他分店也吃過,每次吃不完就算只剩梅菜,也會打包回家,因為拌飯好吃。今次這個實在太失望了,一上枱顏色已經失分,沒有老抽?還是沒時間醃?肉唔入味又沒有酥腍口感,梅菜呢? 咸而不香,失敗之作。喜歡吃,由於製作過程繁複,所以才在外面吃啊.....盛興而來,敗興而返。

太興鵝睥飯吃過不少,
