To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境可以,門口侍應態度良好及安排沒有太陽位置既位置,可惜梳化有食物碎。當日安排三點進食點心自助餐,但至少有三種點心在三時已售完,由於一直未有食物,只有查詢。男侍應簡單簡單表示已售完,其實無晒食物知會食客是一般食店應有既禮貌,坦白,當下感覺好差,好似食尾圍同問人攞野食既感覺。食物亦常漏單,要向侍應反映才有送上,但漏得太多,都無心機再叫。但奇怪是,當其他食客均表示常漏單時,鄰座熟客會收到點單外既紅棗糕。其實,真係好失望,已經係第三次食點心下午茶,真係無諗過咁樣,又漏單,又唔係食足各類點心。但價錢亦與其他時段相同。經過今日既體驗,應該不會再到訪。
