To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食個簡單的晚飯,經過太興,覺得品質有保證,於是就幫襯了。看看餐牌,有些fusion風格特色焗飯,於是點來試試。誰知道過了二十分鐘,飯都未到,於是催催服務員。服務員說整緊,請我們再稍等十分鐘。朋友就懷疑是漏單,沒理由要弄那麼久~再過多十五分鐘,再催單,這個時候兩個焗飯才一前一後的上到。好了,等了那麼久,看看味道如何。青芥辣忌廉汁焗燒肉飯餐 $48 - 份量頗多,芥辣的味道很明顯,適合很喜歡芥辣的朋友。不過燒肉放在汁裏面一起焗,皮變得不那麼脆,可惜~野生蜂蜜香桃焗叉燒飯餐 $48 - 蜂蜜蜜桃汁酸酸甜甜幾開胃,不過完全把叉燒原本的味道掩蓋,個人覺得又是另一浪費之作。跟餐的熱檸茶,等到變凍檸茶了~
