To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天出去尖沙咀,便嘗試到這間餐廳試一試下午茶的點心放題,放題時間是下午3:00至4:30 pm, 我準時3:00入座,這裏除了位置、裝修、及位於高層30樓,可以觀望維港景色,但食物的質素一般!試一次便夠了!侍應在下午四時,已經在每枱收起點心紙,並告知這是last order,接着便開始埋單!我試了以下的點心:蟹籽燒賣蝦餃蟹肉菜苗餃上海小籠包(皮厚冇肉汁)蟹肉粟米冬茸羹(好似水一樣)蔥爆牛肉(只得兩片牛肉)滑蛋蝦仁(只得一隻蝦)海鮮煎蛋角(唔覺有海鮮)芒果果凍凍南瓜西米露蜜糖薑汁糕
