上星期五晚特登帶太太去食泰潮 , 因為平日lunch time 去食覺得唔錯。特別推介串燒同燒雞翼, 因為好有bbq 炭火既風味, 可惜......當日叫左海南雞飯, 炒金邊粉同串燒牛肉。海南雞飯同炒金邊粉都叫ok, 但係串燒竟然變左串炸.... 串牛肉唔係燒...係用油炸... 即刻冇哂風味, 望下隔離叫左既燒雞翼... 嘩...炸雞翼... 做乜要係泰國菜餐廳食炸雞翼... 果d 炭火燒既味道冇哂... 最重要係... 冇左做菜既執著、熱誠, menu 寫燒就要燒。menu應該要改寫做 "泰式炸雞翼", "泰式串炸(雞/牛肉/豬肉)"
